"There were no towels available when I called on the reception number through the landline multiple times there was no response from their end. When I called on the number on which I have shared the personal details like the ID proofs that I came to know that the landline was not working on the reception which was not prior informed during the check-in and I informed that lady who picked the (Call) to send some towels in the room because there were no travels she said okay till the time of checkout the towels were not provided. "

"We had an amazing stay here. The breakfast in particular had such an amazing selection and I would like to thank the chef who always made an effort to speak to the guests during breakfast and make us feel welcomed, even made us a special cake for us for our last day at the hotel. The quality of the food was 10/10 and we particularly like that you could order omelette or dosa how you wanted and they would make it for you. The kindness showed by all the staff really stood out to me and I would definitely recommend staying here. The hotel was very clean & well maintained. "
