"The Casino felt very lively! Our room was upgraded upon arrival to the too floor with an absolute beautiful view. The staff was great and professional expect for the maintenance worker we encountered on the day of check out. We had numerous bags and suitcases with us and at the time of check out the elevators were down. We asked the maintenance worker if he could help us with our luggage down the 26 flights of stairs because we were all women and he simply answered “no”. So we had to take all of our things down the 26 flight of stairs, with no help.That was pretty unacceptable considering that this hotel/casino is known worldwide. We spoke with a manager, but not much was done. "

" The location was excellent - a short distance from the Freedom Trail, and the staff is very nice and helpful. A Starbucks downstairs (that opens at 4:30am) makes breakfast on the go easy, but they also have a restaurant downstairs. Parking is a little pricy, buts that's to be expected in the center of any large major city I suppose. "

They have a vcr and dvd player in the room with a bookshelf full of movies to choose from (located downstairs). My only complaint was they do not have bags/liners for the ice bucket. Easy walk to Quincy Market, the ferry, tours, etc. overall, it was pleasant and we would definitely stay here again. "
