"We had a nice stay. Only one hic-up. Our TV didn't work. The staff was very nice and tried to get it to work, but were not able to do so. They were going to send a technician, but it got late and we were tired. We called the desk and told them that we were ok going to bed at that point. They said they would do what they could to give us some kind of discount for not having the TV. Couldn't have asked for anything else."

Parking was easily accessible, which added to the overall convenience. Both on-site restaurants were clean and offered delicious meals. This is, without question, the only hotel I choose to stay at—and for good reason."

"The room was clean. The staff in the front was wonderful. It is in a convenient location. The only complaint that I have is room service. I understand that checkout is at a certain time but knocking on the doors and even opening the door while we are still in the room repeatedly is excessive. I'd still recommend this hotel! Just make sure you're out of the room well before 11am. "
