"Worst stay ever. Had to switch rooms 3 times. Hotel under construction. Rooms are worn down and old. The hotel has an old musty smell. Looked to move to another hotel in the area but Minot was on Shelter in place order and no other hotels were available. Staff and quest definitely on the sketchy side of things. Outside looks great beware of the inside! Window was literally coming out of the wall! Front desk staff asked us to wait until the next shift to see if they could fix it. Forced to stay due to the shelter in place order! Do not recommend!!!!STAY AWAY!!!"

"The room was ok. Our floor needed cleaning and our bathroom smelled like urine. The bedding & towels need to updated. The handicapped rooms should be closer to a door or elevator so a person with mobility issues doesn’t have to walk so far to a room. The beds were comfortable. And the front desk people were nice."

"The staff were friendly and courteous, however they were extremely short staffed, no housekeeping service until every third day.. there was mold growing in the corner of the tub, mystery stains(blood??) on the electrical outlets and the bedspread. Hot tub and pool not in use. You can see they are trying, there have been some renovations, however there needs to be more attention to detail and definitely more staff…"

"We stayed there for 5 days and never did they come to clean our room or supply clean towels!!! I went to the front desk to get coffee for our machine in the room, they said they were out of coffee?! What? We had a huge pile of trash with NO trash bags! We felt neglected big time!!! We will never stay there again."
