"This is a lovely hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant, the cleaning staff was friendly, and the breakfast crew was amazing! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the place was quiet. The breakfast had every option imaginable! The pool looked nice but we didn't use it - it was chilly (outside and in the pool area). There was a fitness room with the usual equipment. I slept peacefully in a cozy room. The slogan "stay smart" with the ads about someone doing surgery because they slept at a HI Express the night before felt very accurate! :) Would 100% stay at this one again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Floyd. The hotel is well-located, a quick walk to the "downtown" area. Our room was large and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good. Prior to checking in, we visited the Floyd Art Museum. We were there on a Tuesday so caught the Tuesday Tunes at the Floyd Country Store, which was fabulous. Later, we drove a few miles to Buffalo Mountain Brewing. They had a good crowd for bingo but didn't stay long enough to participate."
