My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff was exceptional to work with on check in. Food options were good too.

Great service & the room was clean

Room was clean! One out of the 2 faucets wasn't working but it's okay. We weren't there for too long, it was manageable. Bernie at the front desk helped our whole family out, big shoutout to him! If we stay at Planet Hollywood again I hope we have the pleasure of seeing him again!
