"We had a great experience! The owner was very responsive and helped coordinate our transportation and tours. We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. "Felt very safe, newly renovated. Breakfast was included and great! Gym was in great shape a lots of equipment. Pool, Sauna, and steam room were awesome. Jacuzzi could be hotter might have to ask them to turn it up. Hotel right on the beach and across the street from mall de Pacifico. Very nice mall"
