While the staff was friendly and helpful, ultimately the check-in process was extremely frustrating as the system was down. Waited for an hour or so and the staff who did a good job had to manually bypass the system to get us a key while the system was fixed.

Positive: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was well situated from the events that we were in the area to attend. Negative: The lobby and hallways were extremely warm as if the AC was not functioning properly. The fire alarm went off 4 times at 4 am. No actual fire thankfully. Overall: Would stay there again if ever back in the area.

I like the location of the hotel. It is right off the main highways we needed to travel. Very nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast and front desk staff. I was disappointed that No wanted came to clean up the room, bring fresh towels, nor empty the trash while we were gone the entire day. However, I plan to be back. I enjoyed my stay tremendously!

The hotel was great, front desk staff was extremely nice and professional, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I wish there were " Quiet please" signs in the hallways, since some guests are not considered enough and talk very loud in the hallways. It's sad that they need to be reminded but not the hotel's fault.

You can tell this is a older but remodeled property. The staff are very friendly and nice. You can also tell they care about the peoperty and work hard to maintain it. Our room was clean but after returning to our room late, we noticed the room was very humid. We turned the AC down to help with the humidity but it didnt seem to pull any humidity out of the room. As of the morning, surfaces feel damp.
