"Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. "This property is very large, plenty of rooms! It is so close to everything you'd want to do, from Colonial Williamsburg to Busch Gardens, delicious restaurants and everything in between. The king suite we stayed in was immaculate and had a mini fridge, microwave and extra sink in that same area of the room. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the room was great as well.
