"Room was not very clean there was black long hair in most rooms and bathroom under lounge was not clean but the apartment its self was in a great location close to shops (Harbour town shopping outlet)"

"It felt safe and secure. Car parking on-site. 1 adult & 2 kids. Did receive a warning for being too loud while packing on the last night. Pool isnt heated, but clean and open long hours. There is a laundry room available to use onsite available 24/7. Beds comfy, was good having full oven and dishwasher. Remind them when you have stayed 7 nights to make sure your get fresh towels and sheets. Ended up changing own sheets as cleaner had left for the day when I enquired. Overall a great place for us to stay while being out all day exploring. It was quiet and didnt hear any noises while there."

"We had a really great stay here. It can be hard finding a place that actually works well when traveling with my wife and our two daughters, but this hotel was super family friendly. The room was spotless right from the start. All the staff were genuinely nice and happy to help us out with whatever we needed. The breakfast in the morning was a big hit too with lots of good options for everyone. We would definitely stay here again."

"In Quest we had a well appointed clean 1bdroom apartment on 7th floor. Great for self catering, and bottle shop next door. Light rail station across the road. Walking distance of about 300m to good coffee on street near Sundale shopping precinct, for picking up supplies if needed. There’s on street parking but we chose to pay $30 for our overnight stay. Nice friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again."
