Your staff, from reception [Olivia] to bar staff and bar manager were so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of other staff members [new there, from your other hotel]. Such lovely people. We wnjoyed speaking with everyone and getting insight about the manor.

Receptionist at pre check in was a little abrupt. My room wasnt clean and i had to ask for tea, then had to ask for milk. Bar staff friendly
