When checking in the lady was busy on the phone and asked her husband to attend to me, unfortunately another guest (who apparently is a regular) came in and was attended to before me. I was upset by this. The room was clean but the toilet seat did not stay up whilst using it.

Was pretty clean and comfortable except Beds are very hard. Well priced but could do with some extras like extra towels and blankets, a hand towel, washing up liquid, a chux to wipe benches, a water jug for the fridge and ice cube trays.
