"I'm surprised that this was considered a 3 star facility. I'm not pretentious and for the value I consider it a 5 star facility. The customer service was friendly and helpful. The place was clean. My room had all the bells and whistles needed for a 5 day stay. I never expect it to be quiet in a motel/hotel, but for the most part I only heard for a short period the people above me walking. But the place was quiet in between rooms on my floor. Very happy and will look into this organization in travels elsewhere."

"The hotel is fairly new so it was clean. My toilet wasn’t flushing but maintenance fixed it within 20 minutes of my call to the front desk. The staff was friendly. "

"We loved everything about this property. Very clean, very comfortable. We would stay again and again. Very close to the hospital for my husband’s knee replacement. Met all our needs. I had hoped to use the pool and hot tub, but our time there and my need to attend my husband with and after surgery, did not permit. Next time for sure. "

"Overall very pleased with my week long stay. It's all the little things added up that make the difference. Fruit and water available during all hours, great breakfast options, clean room, outside grounds well kept, tables wiped down, etc. Only negative was I asked for a late checkout and gave the time which was approved by the young lady at the counter. When I went to check out, I was given a hard time by the gentleman, and I was even leaving earlier than expected. I also did have to ask for my room to be cleaned after the third day because nobody had been in. Again, overall, very pleased. "
