"Very nice hotel with wonderful staff"

"Hotel listing said breakfast was included, but it was not. The room was clean and exactly what I needed for one night. The pillows were not solid enough."

"First night there was dirt and lots of black hair in one of the beds. I was very tired and had unpacked, so I just slept in the other bed. Next morning I saw the same in the sink. Also, the window shade didn’t come down all the way. The shower didn’t work right, but was good enough. Breakfast was adequate except the morning with the cheese omelets. They should have stuck to scrambled eggs. At the end, I got to go home a day early, but no refund, “special rate.” It looked like a newer hotel. "

"The room was dirty and the floors turned our feet black. The paint was peeling in the bathroom. Mold growing in the shower"

"Everything was fine except for the coffee, both in the room and at breakfast. Good coffee goes a long way to ensure a pleasant stay. And their coffee is barely drinkable."

"Inspite of that We checked in late, they did not clean our bedroom upon arrival, there were hairs all over the bathroom sink, dirty toilet seat, brown-looking stained sheets and the carpet was visibly not vaccumed , it was a very disappointing experience. We called front desk for a refund but they gave us another room upstairs that was more decent . "
