However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel."

"My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend."
