"This is our fourth time coming here. Every time we come to Serbia, we enjoy a little mini vacation and time with the kids at the waterpark. However, when we brought our concerns about the five people, including my husband in wheelchairs having no Accessibility in the outdoor pools, the manager completely blew us off. She said that we could go get a staff member to carry him up and down the few steps to get to the main pool we like to go to. They have ramps at other locations so I told her it’s completely possible to put a ramp at these steps. And she said that’s not an option. I think that is ridiculous because they have ramps everywhere else they should be able to put one to the pool and there’s a space for it."
