"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. "I have never stayed in this type of property. I usually pick a known hotel brand because I know what to expect but I’m so happy I didn’t. We were greeted by the owners with a welcome drink, snacks, and kindness. We sat and talked while they checked us in and then showed us to our room and talked about their amenities.
