The accomidation was ckean snd very comfortable. We would definately stay there again."

Gilles was a perfect host with excellent communication, wonderful breakfast with lovely apple juice made from the apples grown in the wonderful gardens. Comfy bed, nice shower with a kettle on the room, all you need for an overnight stop. The house and gardens were stunning."

"We arrived after reception closed so had to use the out of hours screen outside but despite multiple attempts it wouldn't recognise our booking. Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. Bit frustrating but ultimately resolved by helpful stuff. Everything else was fine & good value for money."

The rural location is just a small detour away from the busy motorways making it an ideal location for a stopover near the calais crossings. The hotel was quiet and safe, staff were very pleasant and customer focused. Beds were very comfortable, we had a great walk around the lake that was behind the property. Rooms very clean and welcoming.
