So sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay. Our son and daughter-in-law are full time on-site managers and available 24/7. Quite often they are working in the rooms/cabins and all you need to do is call the number located on the office door (or on your confirmation) and they will immediately help you out. We also include a property map with our lodging info in the late arrival packet - which lets guests know about how to get extra supplies. We have two display cabinets at the lodge filled with towels, toiletries, coffee, etc. as a convenience so guests can help themselves (which is why we stopped offering maid service back in 2023). I'm sorry you did not find the bed comfortable. We try to stay in this room when we visit... specifically for the bed. Go figure! As for the noisy neighbors, we do have a quiet time posted and would have been more than happy to reach out had we known.

Thanks for the great review. We asked Expedia to remove the hot tub some time ago, but obviously that has not been done. We replaced the tub with a comfortable outdoor seating area as hot tubs are becoming too much of a liability in New Mexico.

So sorry that your stay was not as expected. We are surprised by your comments, but have asked our staff to check their work and our management has been notified. As you can see, our reviews are always very high on cleanliness, but perhaps in the summer rush with lack of available staff we missed something this time.

Thanks for the review. On both your confirmation and our web sites we make clear about check in at the main office across the street, but with all the confusion of booking and preparing for a trip we can see how that could have gone un-noticed. Sorry for any confusion

We have a state of the art 5G internet system and moving to 6G. If the internet was slow or down it was a problem with the provider, which does happen from time to time, much to all of our frustration. Thanks for choosing us.

We are so sorry for your experience. This is not how we operate. We must have been overwhelmed and with the severe shortage of staff just missed these things. As youc an see from our reviews this is NOT normal for us.
