The hotel was clean, up to date, and it had a nice restaurant in the lobby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is walking distance to a beautiful lake. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

"We checked in around 1 am. There was no airport shuttle and we had to take a private taxi from airport 45 CHF. On arrival we were given rooms on the ground floor. Both the rooms had big spiders crawling around. There were cobwebs everywhere. Room was dirty and looked like no maintenance being done. ..."

We were not offered our free drink vouchers so I went to the desk to ask and once I got them they bar wouldn’t honor them. They hotel advertised breakfast with the room ..."
