The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and the room was large with good view to the city. The center was within walking distance. It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome."

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."
