I was charged for the entire room snack bar selections and drinks, even though we only grabbed one of the kitkats. I let them know and they then got aggressive and even said that if it wasn't me it was the other person in the room because the snacks had been "restocked" in our room. I told them that no staff had even been in the room other than for room service because we had a "do not disturb" sign on the door the whole trip. "

"The hotel did not meet our expectations, it does not match the price or the reviews. We got a room without a real window (the window faced the hallway) so there is no oxygen inside. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which could not be ventilated. The wall near the air conditioning was wet and with black mold. The air conditioning also smelled. It was very unpleasant. The bed was worn, the mattress had a depression in the middle.The breakfast was only basic, the ingredients did not seem to be of good quality. So far the worst hotel I have been to, I would not return."
