"The hotel was right at the port where all the major cruise ships dock…the rooms were very spacious and an added plus was that whatever drinks were in the refrigerator was free, not too many hotels do that! Breakfast was also included. We thought it was very walkable to get where we wanted to go from hotel… had a great stay and will stay there again."

"We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. "The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "
