"Stayed one night and checked in late. There was a sign at the front desk that the fire alarms were not working, a sign on the pool door that the hot tub was out of order, the bathroom light in our room did not work, the breakfast was sad, there was a note that the heating elements were not working so no hot food was available, the butter was a stick in a package, not typical for Hampton Inn.
