"When checking in, the front desk informed me that they moved my reservation to the express hotel down the street. They offered me free breakfast, which I later found was free to begin with. The front desk lady said my room was upgraded at the express hotel. When I got to the express room, it was twin beds for my wife and I and the space was too small for us and two bags. The TV didn’t work either, not that I wanted to watch a German show, but just adds to the drama. The front desk lady said they messaged me but that was a lie too. I was sent an email only saying “we look forward to your stay.” I would not recommend staying at this place. I’ve been to Tutt several times and would go to Truebe instead. "

"Nice comfortable room. Would have been nice to have a kettle or something for making hot drinks. There is no reception , just a self check in area but it was easy and quick to use. "
