"Arrived at the hotel to be told sunbeds on the private beach (which is why we choose the hotel to begin with) were 35 or 45 euros each! Not once did we see this mentioned. Secondly and this is the worst part / our bed sheets were stained with blood and what looked like urine. I called reception and ..."
