"Not worth the money.. old hotel, not renovated at all. You can only enter using the front lobby as the other doors you can only exit. Staff said so they can see who’s entering since they are across from the truck stop. Definitely not a family place to stay!"

"Heating unit was very quiet so didn't disturb sleep. Bed was comfortable. Pillows not so wonderful. Found 2 hairs on sheet. Flying ant and gnat in room. Badly in need of some touch-up painting. No vent in bathroom. Magnifying mirror missing adjustment screw. NO microwave.
Signage was great and could easily maneuver to area needed in hotel and casino.
Gentleman at registration desk unfriendly and seemed to wish he was anywhere but there."
"Beautiful inside and out, I found the patio refreshing with modern natural elements designed to relax and refresh guests. Beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant and deck again with luxurious design elements. Staff friendly and relaxed."
"The property was amazing as was the front desk attendants, Ty and Adriana, but the manager was unavailable and unaccommadating. The facility was immaculate and beautifully designed. The rooms were clean and spacious but the bathroom could use an update."
"Very nice room for the price. Bed was clean and excellent quality. Great nights sleep! Great staycation! Awesome indoor pool! A tad chilly for an indoor, but lots of room even with a lot of other guests. Hot tub looked nice, but there were always little kids in there, so this spot is kid friendly. Good sized TV for a hotel. However, the antenna kept the actual TV from getting signal at times requiring me to go to internet TV for entertainment. Not a deal breaker for me, but be aware. Mini fridge. Desk, small balcony accessed by a sliding glass door, and a couch were nice extras. Bathroom was kinda on the small side. Shower was good and clean with good water pressure, but tub shower combo makes for a tight fit. The property is near an interesting part of the city, but the doors lock at 10 pm and the security patrols very regularly. I was a bit worried about my classic car sitting outside, but I was able to park right under my balcony and after I saw the security come by quite few times in an hour I slept peacefully. All in all a great experience that I world recommend to anyone in or out of town! 5/5 for me overall! Great job Querque! Bravo! I'll be back soon!"
"Our 2nd stay at a Hyatt Place in the past 8 mos. Again there was elevator trouble with only 1 working and it was slower than molasses. Our room was cleaner this time.
Not happy that they charged us for the total stay upon arrival, then a $75 incidental fee and the next morning another $234 for some lame reason that the system didn’t see the initial charge.
We think we are done with Hyatt. Sad, because the rooms are spacious."
