Simply put, everything was absolutely perfect! The sea and the beach were unbelievable, the staff was friendly and caring, the resort terrific without being posh.

Friendly staff. Very kind. Beautiful place

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and I mean all of them, from the room cleaners, the waitresses, even the chef, to the management. Always a smile, polite and friendly, giving you space when you want it but there when you need them. They really do take great care of you from airport transfer to small touches like extra beach towels. The resort is quiet, only 24 chalets, secluded positioning, jungly with amazing birds and bats flying ahead. The rooms are very spacious, colonial and...

The Ridge Residence is an excellent hotel and I had a great comfortable stay. Please be aware this is not a beach front hotel, But is centrally located on the island of Mahe with easy access to explore the whole island and all the beaches. Close to Victoria, Eden Island and the Airport, which is good for Business travellers, and tourists alike. The hotel is close to local bus routes so you can easily travel into town and other locations on the island. The view from the hotel looks out towards...

The villas are very comfortable, some with a view to die for. The bathroom is very impressive, the air conditioning works fine and the bed is very good. Now they have free WiFi and flatscreen TVs in all villas (good for plugging in your computer and review all those photos on a huge screen). The beach is like a gigantic fish tank with all those tropical fish swimming around and they provide Kayaks, flippers, masks, etc. for free. If you come in the right season, you are guaranteed a fantastic...

wonderful place to stay, for a holiday or honeymoon, great junior suites - very spacious and luxurious, close to the beach, idyllic surroundings. lots of facilities in the resort, some included, some were extra. You could walk all around the site, or take little shuttles. The local beaches were great, and they could organise tours or hire cars, etc.

We ended our 2 week trip of the Seychelles with a night in the savoy as a treat. We couldn't believe how perfect it was and great value for money for the Seychelles. The room and ensuite were huge, beautifully furnished and everything looked new. Spa and gym were equally impressive. The pool/garden areas, restaurants and bars and beach again fantastic. Staff were all wonderfully helpful and pleasant. Big bonus point for the savoy is that it is the only luxury hotel that we found in the...

The hotel staff were very efficient and friendly and the food was excellent the only downside was that the beer spirits and wine were expensive. Everything else was perfect.

Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The hotel is well kept and seems still new. The room was large and the patio and well were lovely being both private and with great views. The staff were lovely especially Cindy and Lucianna who made the restaurant perfect and spoilt our 6 year old. Only negative was a few small mosaic tiles missing around the pool.

Lovely specious room with beautiful view of the ocean and the sunset.

Our experience was perfect. The food was so varied that you never tired of the menu and if you did the staff were more then happy to cook anything that you wanted. Ron at the bar was not only a great barman but a good host and there really isn't enough space to list all the staff who, without exception, were faultless. Our butler, Gusti, not only looked after us but became a friend. He is superb at his job and a great asset to the hotel. We loved every minute of our holiday. Many...
