Disastrous

We arrived at the hotel hot and tired. to find it was closed. We had no prior warning, only a notice on the door giving a telephone number. We called this number and were diverted to another hotel, the Beausejour, ten minutes walk away. The room here was shabby with no wifi and no breakfast available.

Quand nous sommes arrivés l hôtel était fermé avec un mot nous demandant d appeler un numéro d autre hôtel (hôtel beau séjour à la gare). Hôtel horrible aucune propreté et délabré. L hôtel des arcades je pense est définitivement fermé et donc ne devrait être plus en vente sur votre site. Nous sommes très déçue et je pense que vous ne vérifier pas les hôtels c est dommage. Une vraie arnaque

Hôtel fermé, séjour ratée, compte débité, pv suite à un nouvel itinéraire car route fermée pour travaux pour y accéder alors que je venais de loin pour découvrir rouen et au niveau du service téléphonique aucun retour. Tout simplement tres déçue

l'hotel si trova nella zona pedonale ed è centralissimo. Vicino c'è la via dei ristorantini e bar. ottimo per visitare la città e usufruire quando necessario un po di relax per poi proseguire la visita. E' un hotel di caterogia economica per cui non si devono avere troppe pretese.

Pas cher mais il faut accepté que la chambre soit un peu decevante. On etait au 1er étage donc: Vous entendrez le telephone sonné Les clients qui font du va et viens avec leur discussion. L'eau, elle tarde a chauffer donc faut anticiper avec un bébé, pas facile. Sans ascenseur toujours pas facile. Mais ça n'empêche qu'on a passé un agréable week-end surtour que le personnel est a l'écoute. Choisissez en connaissance de cause.

Ma réservation a été déplacée, sans aucune raison expliquée, dans un hôtel miteux du coté de la gare. Chambre en RDC donnant sur la route donc avec le bruit des passants et des voitures auquel s'ajoute le bruit de la réception de l'hôtel juste à coté. Propreté limite, linge de lit qui sent le renfermé, douche bouchée... À éviter...

There was no-one there when we got there- I had to call the number- and she came in a few minutes. We left our bags there for a few hours before check in and were told they would be safe in a locked room that was only used for the 7-9 am breakfast. When we returned there were 3 people in the room with our bags. It was noisy, lots of stairs. The bathroom was clean, but it was all very old and dilapidated. There was a code for the outer door at night, but it wasn't locked

The first night was uneventful except for the anticipated noise in the street. However on the second evening I noticed the Bed creaking. I reported it to the Management. They were able to switch me on a busy Saturday night. They did not require any Insurance Forns to be filled out.

Pleasant receptionist and excellent location, but many things didn't work: wifi, tv, hot water There were practically no fresh linens --no washcloths, no hand towels, only 2 bath towels, one of which was crumpled in a heap and one of which smelled mildewed! Worst of all our room gave us numerous bites from bedbugs! Can't recommend this place unless the management clears up quite a few problems.

Trop de bruit : prévoir des bouchons d'oreille pour bien dormir. L'hôtel donne sur une rue passante et les chambres sont très mal isolées. On entend les gens crier dans la rue à leur retour de soirée et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres (TV, conversation, enfant qui hurle...)

Une nuit, pas plus

Super bien situé, mais un peu vieillissant... Attention pour le petit déjeuner, personne à l'accueil, malheureusement. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, accueillant, c'est un plus. La literie est confortable, également ceci dit. Mais les murs sont très fins, pensez à prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles. Très bien pour une nuit, et encore, parce que j'ai eu la chambre à prix réduit, car ne vaut pas son prix de base (70€ !!)

nous sommes arrivé devant l'hotel a 15 h l'heure affiché sur le site et arrivé devant la porte ouverture a 16 h ,bref nous sommes bien accueilli. dans la chambre on découvre une moquette très très salle taché de partout et des doutes sur l'hygiène .la nuit impossible de dormir on entend les voisin et la rue est très bruyante et en plus pas de chauffage (en novembre) . la seul chose positive l'emplacement

A fermer pour faire des travaux en profondeur

Mauvais séjour, piqures d'acariens dès mon premier jour dans la chambre 11. Ma fille aussi a été piqué. Ménage fait, mais encore piqué durant deux autres jours avant changement de chambre. Une chambre avec des cafards et un chaleur en cette période. Pas d'ascenseur dans cet hôtel. Il devrait faire des travaux. j'ai payé 70€ la nuit, cet hôtel ne vaut pas ce prix. Les dames de l'accueil sont certes gentilles, mais cela n'enlève rien à ce séjour désagréable. je n'y retournerais plus.
