"We arrived early and a room was made available immediately. Excellent internet speed. Great free breakfast options. Friendly staff. Minor issue: Shower door would not close completely. Limited choice of restaurants within 10 minutes walk but lots of choices beyond 10 minutes. Location next to train station made for easy transfer to Schipol and Amsterdam. Would stay there again."

"There’s a lady that works at the front desk. He’s passive aggressive, nitpicky, and works hard to make sure customers don’t feel comfortable or safe. I would recommend that the company disregard her contract and make sure that she does not work ever again in the hospitality industry, she has caused me to go through great lens to make sure no one feels disrespected and that same way again."

"It was easy to find this hotel from Centraal Station, less than 5 minutes walk. I found the staff friendly and welcoming with check in smooth and efficient. I stayed in the Candy Room which was small but comfortable with plenty of hot water in the shower. If you don't like stairs don't choose this room as there is a fairly steep flight of stairs up to it. The advantage being there is only one room at the top so it is very quiet and has it's own en suite. Breakfast was buffet style and the usual selection of pastries, cereals, yogurt, eggs and meats, coffee, tea and fruit juice. I liked the quirky decor and feel of this hotel which was relaxed and friendly and would certainly stay there again."
