"Everything was clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and while it is not a particularly kid focused hotel, the kids (6 and 8) were always welcome and accomodated. Breakfast was perfect and the two dinners we had in the reataurant were excellent. It was our first stay but we are already planning to come back. The only downfall was the small bathroom sink. "

"Very cute hotel with very kind/nice staffs!! Breakfast was tasty. Front desk closes at 9pm, so if you arrive later than that, you need to communicate with hotel how to receive your room key. My room has eaves and felt super tight at the shower, so you may tell tem you need room with high ceiling if you are tall. "

"This hotel has so much potential unfortunately it wasn’t to the normal standard that a three star German hotel is. The restaurant was open from 6 pm till 8 pm for dinner if you arrive at 7:45 pm it’s too late and that is ridiculous as for breakfasts The cheeses and hams and eggs weren’t replenished so choice was greatly limited. "The beds were good and the hotel was situated between wellness centers, quite an interesting location. However on arrival no reception and breakfast was a bit too expensive and unattended. So overall service could be more caring"

"The staff were excellent. I don’t speak German and their English was very good. It’s a lovely hotel in a lovely town. However, next time I would book a double room because the single was very small (like Japanese small). And only had one plug socket which was nowhere near the desk. "
