The staff were super friendly and helpful The accomodation cabins were beautiful and had everything you could need The hot mineral spa pools were amazing and saved us a heap of money by not having to pay for the natural ones Absolutely amazing place to stay and would definitely come back and stay here again if I go back to Rotorua

Cottage was good, except there were tonnes of ants around the kitchen. We kept all our food in the fridge as the counters, sink, windowsills had streams of them. There was no ant killer available in the unit.

We had a wonderful cabin with two bedrooms and our own bathroom. Very clean ! Highly recommend to stay here.

Bit tricky during Covid red light settings, but the only minor issue we had was having to remove rubbish, and clean the room ourselves. Just another thing to do while on holiday. Beds were also hard to sleep on. Everything else was great!

Good family motel.
Nice quiet motel unit. Good pool and hot pools. We had a unit onsite which had good amenities and good sound proofing. Bed and pilllows were adequate for price. Less that 5min drive to city centre and attractions. No issues.

Excellent facilities. Clean and tidy. Very friendly and approachable staff. Having hot pools on site was a real bonus for us. Very handy location. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome facilities! Great spot undergoing improvements. Never use wotif to book as they charged us $39.00 on top of what we would have paid if we booked directly with top 10. Absolutely disgusting

The staff at the front desk helped us figure out our activities while we were there. Facilities were clean as well as the room. We stayed in a standard cabin and the only downside was that the walls were fairly thin. Other than that it was a great stop on our road trip.

Nice to stay
It was very comfortable stay. Good air conditioner, bed. But the sofa bed was not good to sleep on. In the night, you can hear noise if you meet bad visitors in the neighbor. But, overally it was good place to stay.

Mineral bargs
The staff was extra courteous and even helped us with getting an extra trundle into our room for our son who didn’t want to share a bed with his sister. I enjoyed the mineral pools and the unit had everythubg we needed to cook our own meals. Thank you for helping us enjoy our Rotorua visit!!
