"Pretty rough area of Rotherham. No check in desk or reception. Email was the only communication. Tiny slim duvets and very small pillow which had a hair on it, however the owner did arrive with 2 extra pillows and seemed like a nice guy. Sink was blocked. Heating was poor as it was a cold winters night and we had to keep dressed to stay warm. Recommend only to use if you have a very low budget. ...

"We paid, as you can see. We turned up around an hour after booking to check in. We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...
