"The hotel is very pretty and clean. The location is great for enjoying the Ohio Star Theater, Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek and Berlin. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a lovely sitting area on the second floor, as well as hot drinks, water and snacks, as well as a very nice library off the lobby on the first floor. Breakfast was very good. Our experience was excellent."

Although, I wasn’t able to enjoy the continental breakfast, I hope on planning another visit where I can enjoy it along with the newly remodeled restaurant and bar area! "Room smelled like mold and mildew. Air conditioner did not work well. Shower temp kept changing from really hot to really cold every couple of minutes. Room not very clean. Breakfast was just a yogurt,apple,fruit bar, and an 8 oz water. Staff was friendly though.wifi had a weak signal. I don't plan on coming back. Huge disappointment. Not recommending this place to others."
