"The pictures show a really nice modern building and they give you the impression that is where your room is and that it will look like the pictures. The reality is it does not look like the pictures and it is in an entirely different building that is old and not nice. There were no lights in certain rooms so we had to move the lamp around the apartment when we needed light in that area. The place is not what it they make it seem like it is in the advertisement ."

"We've stayed here a couple of times while visiting our son who is in a program at the university. It's a classic old style European hotel with comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The heart of the town is within easy walking distance and there are lots of shops, bakeries and cafes within a short distance. We also had two very good meals in the restaurant. Comfortable and quiet. "

"We had an overall pleasant stay. The buildings and facilities are beautiful and well maintained, and the surroundings are very nice. A couple of small things could improve the experience. The background music was playing constantly and quite loudly, with many speakers around the property. While background music is fine, it sometimes felt a bit overwhelming, especially in the restaurant where it mixed with the general noise level. There was also music playing outside near our room around 10 pm. We also had dinner in the restaurant. The staff were friendly, but the service felt a bit unstructured and inexperienced. Our reservation was at 8 pm and after being seated we quickly received a small starter, but then waited about 1 hour and 20 minutes for the main course, even though we had ordered tartare. It seemed like our table may have been forgotten. Overall a nice place, but a bit more attention to the smaller details would make the experience even better."

"The hotel is small but clean and lovely. It is near the center of the city. There is no restaurant but there is an excellent breakfast. I stayed here several years ago and it was not by accident that I returned. The staff is helpful and it is generally a very comfortable place."
