"The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. ..."

Not the best stay
"I don't think any of the pictures in the listing were actually of the room we were given -- all of the others looked bigger, nicer, and cleaner. Our room was of sufficient size and amenities, just did not look nearly as nice and was not very clean (there was gum on the wall as you entered). Also, ..."
