"The only complaint I had was we arrived after 8 pm and it was very dark/ a bit difficult to find. Kitchen closed in 30 min as well so all we could get was fries and onion rings. Overall hotel was excellent and if you get a chance do book a Salty Dog excursion to Oak Island- you won’t be disappointed!"

"We stayed in a small cabin and it was fine. Very small so it was hard to have our suitcases in there with us. Beds and linens were comfortable. Unfortunately if other cabins leave their porch lights on all night, they shine directly into the room through the uncovered top windows in the cabin making it as bright as day. Not great for sleeping! Staff were friendly. I would stay in the main building if we returned."

"We only stayed for one night, but it was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Great location, right across from Queensland Beach and a 5-minute drive into Hubbards. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Ideal place to stay close to Lunenberg. 10 minute walk to the main shops and restaurants. Friendly staff provided a handy list of recommended places to go. The Knot was great for food and live music. The Lightship was a good brewery with an amazing view."

"We stayed in the art studio and it was absolutely adorable! It was way bigger than what we expected and was able to accommodate many guests. We only had three, but it comfortably could have slept five We were surprised by the full kitchen and how spacious it was. Super cute funky place to stay and it is located near all the amenities and shops. Thanks Margaret"
