Rosenberg Historic Downtown Trip

Clean, great value . Long term cruise parking is a good value. Needs updating in some places.

This was a beautiful spot! The view of the ocean from the balcony, the adult hot tub, and the safe quiet area made this a wonderful place to stay!! This apartment is tightly designed but this makes sure that you have all of the amenities that you need. The bunk beds were strong and strudy so that our large university student children could sleep there with confidence. (just had to be flexible to get in the top bunk! :) ) It was clean and comfortable. We were a bit disappointed that there was not anything in the kitchen other than dishes and pots. The cookie sheet was too large to fit in the small oven. But there was not even salt and pepper, or even enough for one pot of coffee. But over all it was a nice, clean, snug room.

There was chipped and cracking paint, rust in the bathtub and both elevators stopped working during our stay. There were also no blankets in the room. I will say the staff was polite, if not very helpful. And the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good but lacking meat.

Good service and great view

The owners and staff were excellent, as was the unique building. We very much enjoyed breakfast, and the chance to meet other travelers. We will definitely stay with you again. Thanks so much!
