"Charming, family run hotel in a quiet section of Plauen, close to the city center. Breakfast included and really good. Staff helpful. Owner kind enough to sell me a beer even though restaurant had closed. She found me a charger for my IPad, Room was small but comfortable, clean and priced well. Book early, this hotel is popular and fills up fast."

"The spa, gym, and lake views are excellent. The hotel has a very 90's feel and no room service (this was a bummer as we had a lake view room and wanted to stay in and relax). The beirgarten by the water has excellent food, although it closes at 930pm (as does the only restaurant on site (a buffet). The place was comfortable for 1 dayx the lake location and sauna were exactly what we wanted"

"Uns hat das Gesamtpaket von dem Hotel gefallen. Hervorzuheben war das Essen/hervorragende Köchin, sehr nettes Personal und eine schöne Sauna. Weiter so....."

"Das Frühstück ist mehr als einfach und dafür mit 14,90 € als sehr hochpreisig einzustufen. Bei der Dame vom Frühstücksservice hatte man das Gefühl Störfaktor zu sein. Fragen beantwortete sie eher schnippisch."

"Zimmer wie im Krankenhaus und sehr kalt. Obwohl Heizung auf 5. Sehr harte und dünne Matratze, sehr dünne Decke. Sehr weite Wege. Entgegen der Beschreibung kein Restaurant vorhanden. Pool erst ab 20:00uhr nutzbar. Sauna nur gegen Aufpreis. Frühstück sehr überschaubar und keine 15€ Wert. "
