"I don't think I've ever stayed in a place as clean as this one! Absolutely spotless! We even witnessed a lady cleaning the outside of the doors!! The staff was very helpful and pleasant and even gave us a $25 gift card to the Italian restaurant (located in the same parking lot). It's within 5-10 minutes of the beaches and right across the street from Walmart, though you'd never know it because Hilton Head leaves the trees alone, hiding most of the buildings and parking lots. The price is cheaper...

"I would give it a 5 but check out rubbed me wrong. Apparently they were having a meeting whom I think was in charge she saw me standing there and still didn’t send anyone to help me she kept running her meeting and just let me continue to stand there. Then the phone started ringing and so someone finally came and they still didn’t help me first they picked up the phone. Other than that the check in was very warm and friendly room was clean and pool was clean. "

The price is cheaper than most hotels, and although several other rental properties are right in the beach or within walking distance, I'd still choose to stay here simply because of how clean the rooms are.
