Very ‘tired’ property that could really do with a total makeover. It was clean enough but I wouldn’t want to spend more than one night there. Plenty of free parking nearby and about a 5 min walk to town for cafe’s etc.

Very good value for money. Quite central, pleasant walk to restaurants and shops takes 5 minutes. Very lovely views over roof trips to sea from our family room. Room is small but perfectly adequate and for the money very good.

Bit of a Fawlty Towers vibe (but OK overall)
A bit of a Fawlty Towers vibe here- and pretty sure the rms haven't been updated since the show first aired. That said, the rms were clean and the beds comfortable, so it was all right.

Moderate at best. Staff unhelpful, rooms very tired, but clean. Lift from the Stone Age and windows verging on being a hazard. But excellent location and easy, safe and free parking

Cheap in great location. Brits out of Ireland.
It was fine. Good value. Location was great. Bedding and towels very clean. Decor is dated and a bit grubby. Quiet, with no traffic noise or nutters running about. Old boy at reception was cool. He likes jazz music and insists Louis Armstrong stayed there. The lift (elevator) is registered as a national museum of France.

The lift was out of order. Previous reviews noted the same. So if you have heavy luggage and you're on the top floor, good luck! The hotel boasts it is close to the train station. Following flooding on the branch line, the station has been closed since 2018! So ignore that particular amenity! The room I was given had not been serviced. The bed had clearly been slept in. The bin was full of rubbisg There were dirty towels on the floor and a glass containing traces of orange juice. So much for extra care in these Covid days. Without any apology, I was given another room. Cleanliness in areas that really matter...towels and bedding was OK. The room was otherwise quite derelict and it was best not to look too closely at the furnishings. The bathroom was just about acceptable...apart from a dangerous electrical socket. But despite the terminals at the rear of the socket that was hanging out of the wall being exposed, the reception guy said it must be safe because it had passed a safety inspection!! The room was cheap but this was no bargain and I regret that I cannot recommend this hotel.

Quick stop over
The lift was out of order and we were on the second floor, which was difficult for my husband. The position of the hotel in proximity to restaurants etc was good and plenty free parking available very close by but the hotel itself needs an upgrade.

It’s an older hotel, but it is quite functional. Good for the price. The receptionist/manager was kind of a character, which was in keeping with the character of the hotel.

I found SNCF station is close currently because they replaced train by bus between Morlaix and Roscoff. So this hotel which is in front of the station lost its merit of location. Alternate bus goes down further and stops on the beach road, so you have to come back a little bit to get there. Building is old but ok. The elevator is small. Some times hot water turns cold unexpectedly. View is great from our 3rd floor room.

over nights stay in roscoff
the hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, we had a bit of an issue with the shower, we would have liked a shower cubical not a bath with a shower fitting, we have stayed at this hotel before and will do so again on our next trip to france.

The property was as described, it's a 2star, room was basic but very clean, good quality bed linen and the the en suit was clean and adequate . We didn't order breakfast but the dining room looked OK The only down side was the lift was out of order, but they did accommodate us by giving us a room on the first floor.

It was a one night Shopping stay. The hotel was perfectly satisfactory and supplied a road map of Roscoff to help us find a restaurant for our evening meal.

The hotel was ok didn't know it had been downgraded to 2 stars. Close to the railway station but along way from town and the ferry. Gentleman running it seemed nice enough but no English and me very little french. Never did get the wifi going.

Comfortable and clean and a little old fashioned. Have been several times and the welcome has always been great. Not the most modern and up to date place which actually adds to its charm.

I was an OK hotel. The owner wasn't the most organised person. Hot water only lasted about 5 minutes before going cold. Not good when 2 people are needing to shower. Continental breakfast cost 7€, very disappointed. Consisted of tea / coffee, one glad or orange juice and a croisant. Not extras. No cereal. No yogurt etc.. The room how ever was appealing. A little chilly but a heater was supplied already. But overall comfortable bed and nice room.

A little run down and didn't feel very clean.
The hotel was looking old and smelled a little. The reception service was slow and I was given a room that had not been cleaned since the previous guest had left. This was corrected but the new room was not great. It was ok, I'd say, but had a slightly dirty feel. I entered details of my bad check in experience on Expedia and in the morning the guy at reception argued with me about my review. I wouldn't stay here again.

This Hotel is in desperate need of a refurbish, but is very clean. The beds are comfy, and had a perfect nights sleep. The guy on reception is very friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. The continental breakfast, more than adequate for the cost of €7. Have stayed here before, and would stay again.

Not a good exerience
We were allocated a twin room rather than the double booked, reception said had been a change, albeit our reservation was quite clear. (He was also on the phone whilst attending us - very rude! The private parking does not exist - its either on-street or at adjacent railway station. The room was very basic, tired and beds uncomfortable - cleaning was lacking with smears on mirrors and not even a toilet roll holder provided! We will not ever re-visit.

Right next to the train station, and a 10 minute flat walk into Roscoff. The lift is just big enough for one person with luggage, but does the job.Pleasantly surprised that although the hotel is dated, the room was spotless. Didnt use the restaurant, so cant comment. Please remember that this is a 2* hotel, with 2* prices, and we would definitely stay again.

Ideal for a night or two.
The Regina is fine for spending a couple of days in Roscoff. It's a large building but very quiet. It could do with updating but we found it very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic but suited us. Situated right next to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the sea front.
