"This place was really a hit for us. Very cosy, charming, authentic. We would totally come back to it and added it to our favourite hotels list. The only wish would be to add air conditionned, as temperatures in july were pretty high."

"Hotel des Grauen von Anfang bis Ende. Angekommen nach fast 6 Stunden Fahrt treffen wir auf eine verlassene Rezeption wo eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war, die gar nicht funktioniert hat. Dann haben wir eine knappe Stunde gewartet bis wir Zimmer eins bekommen haben. Deluxe Suite. Fenstergriff kaputt eiskalt weil das Fenster offen war, die Heizungen funktionierten gar nicht. Von Deluxe nichts zu merken. Kleiner als ein Schuhkarton. Also Zimmer zwei bekommen eine reine Zeitreise. Staubfänger...

"Den Service, das Personal, mehr als sehr gut geht leider nicht !!!! . Unser Zimmer war Top, sehr ruhige Lage. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Grüße an Nicole und Ihr Team. Lg aus Schleswig - Holstein "

"Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised"

"Sehr schönes Zimmer: - sauber - gemütliches Bett - 3 unterschiedliche Kissen zur Auswahl - Balkon mit Markise - Ein Fön, der diesen Namen verdient Toller Wellnessbereich, erreichbar ohne durch eine Lobby o.ä. zu müssen: -Saunatücher - sauber - ausreichend Ruheliegen - ruhig Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr sehr nett und aufmerksam. "The hotel has a very relaxing atmosphere. The Wellness centre is excellent for a swim and sauna. The apartment was spacious and it has the most comfortable bed. We loved our stay and will most certainly be back"

"A wonderful place to stay with super friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking for the most part is on the street, but the neighborhood is very safe. Anne was so nice and friendly, we loved her and will return one day soon! "
