"I rented 2 separate rooms. One was ok, but the bathroom was disgusting, there was dirt in the corners of the bathtub and the window has not been cleaned and had dirt on the window ledge and dead bugs. the other room was the worst- the room smelled like rotten fish, the AC would not cool the room ..."

"Folks … not a knock on the hotel itself but on Expedia. The Expedia app’s chat function does not work properly and the communication with the hotel itself in advance will be screwed up.
