"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. "Lovely place to stay, Could of done with being cleaner as i did have to wipe alot of things down because of the grime, Instructions would of been nice as we couldn’t work the hot tub properly and there was no hot water, Also could only get netflix on the tv as it would not allow us on anything else. "There were positives and negatives to this stay. Wasnt expecting the Ritz as the price was very good but we arrived to find a fair amount of sand on the floors - they clearly had not cleaned floors prior to our arrival. It’s very basic which was ok but would have been a little better if there was a lamp in the bedroom and proper curtains to shut out the morning light. It also said toilet roll and towels were included with booking but there was only 1 roll for 3 people for 4 days. Towels looked...

"The property was absolutely freezing. It felt like the heating hadn't been on for ages and after we switched it on it never really got to a suitable temperature. We have a small child so travel with a thermometer and after the heating had been on for forty minutes the temperature in the front bedroom was only 7°C. Terrible night's sleep due to the temperature. Also dirty in places."

"We had a lovely stay at bank house cottage . Veronica and Alan made us feel very welcome . The cottage has beautiful views all around and is so clean and cosy. Had a nice stay but receptionist was rude
"The place is beautiful and the rooms are nice. However, I didn't not like behaviour of one receptionist at front desk. I just asked whether is there any lake view room available. She started with rudely telling no we are full and then she started telling, we have members who pays a lot of money so we give them those room first, and you just booked the room 10 days before. Our members have booked a year before. Well I didn't want that information with so much rudeness and arrogance, a simple no would have worked. On top of that, heater was not working in the main bedroom which we realised in night. after informing it reception they gave a spare electric heater and told it will be fixed next day morning. However, it was not fixed till we left the place which means for next 3 days. Apart from these I have really enjoyed my stay."
