"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. "When we check the room dog hairs was on the bed and smells bad. Hotel owner accepted and I left the hotel. İt was not possible to stay that bed. I requested refund but not answered yet. I expect from Expedia and hotel to refund at least half of the amount. I left not stayed the hotel with my family late night. And drived until midnight to find another property to stay one night. Expedia said hotel refused refund but I explained again that is not my fault, there was dog hairs on the bed , it attracts my allergy , I dont have to accept to sleep dog hairy bed. I am still waiting response and not received anything."
