The garbage wasn't changed outside and it was overflowing ,the cigarette container was full as well. The pool towels were not replenished. On a good note breakfast was really good. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There are three restaurants in walking distance (Cracker Barrel, Wendy’s and Arby’s) The pool was sparkling and looked very inviting although we did not go swimming. We did use the workout room which was small, but adequate. The area feels safe as there are not a lot of random people walking around.

The property was nice. A lot of interstate road noise which can be expected. First night there was a lot of noise in the hallway- doors closing loudly multiple times. Otherwise our stay was very good.

This hotel needs a massive update. The bedding was in terrible condition. The duvet was full of lumps (I think batting inside was in clumps). I considered moving to a different hotel. The front desk staff was helpful.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THIS HOTEL!!! The staff was wonderful, they all seemed to enjoy their jobs and working together, the food was excellent, rooms were comfy and clean. The facility was impeccable! The only reason I did not give this a full five stars is because they use some kind of cleaning product or something that is so incredibly strong smelling, that I was bothered by it. So if you can handle a smell that smells like a gigantic glade plug-in, this is the place for you!

Brought our dog for $30 extra. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had plenty of options. Did not try the pool or workout room but looked decent. Room was clean. No problems, easy stay.

Check in was fast. Front desk attendant was very helpful and nice. Quiet & clean room. Just wish the pillows were bigger (just my preference). Food options are in walking distance. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely will stay again and refer others.

The room was clean and spacious. The free breakfast was AMAZING. Probably the best hotel breakfast I've had. There were plenty of options and it all tasted so good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. No complaints here!

We stayed for 7 nights. The room was clean, and we asked for cleaning every other day. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location was close to everything we needed. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice with a variety of options. There was eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads and bagels, fresh fruit, milk and juice and more!

There are other reservations within the 3rd party platform that provide a more relaxed cancelation clause which does permit for flexibility. Hotel is an older property but it is nicely kept. Cleaned and well maintained. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel for the price.
Was a little disappointed with the leftover juice stain and foul odor from the fridge (cabinet looked like it had water damage). Other than that, the room was ok, hotel was quiet, reception was helpful and courteous, breakfast was great.

Entrance was clean and staff was nice. Went into first room and the drapes, walls had huge stains on them. I pulled back the blanket to one of the beds. There were old blood stains. Was switched to another room. The condition to that room was the similar. The only difference was the bed stains were a different color along with pillow stains. I was offered to change my own sheets due to housekeeping not being there. I was in a double bed and slept in 2nd bed with one small black stain. There was constant slamming of doors throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The rooms are VERY run down.
