"No towels and no hot water"

"It was a clean, pleasant room. We had no hair dryer which the staff fixed right away by running one all way the from the desk to our room. 2 small bags of chips from the front area costed $9 which I was surprised about. Our upstairs neighbors were bouncing off the walls well after 10pm. It did get quieter after we called the desk. Coffee was delicious!"

"Check in process was not very inviting, and manager on duty seemed put out when front desk staff had a question. They hold a $300 incidental deposit at check in which seems high considering the hotel. CONS: The room was decent but had debris on the floor outside of main traffic area, and a half eaten taco under the bed skirt. Pretty gross! Furniture is showing its age. Bathroom had a broken tile and a piece of tape covering which I assumed to be a hole in the middle of the tub. PROS: Location is great, right by all major restaurants and stores. Room had a giant TV with good programming, beds were comfortable, and water pressure was great. Hotel has nice amenities, and breakfast was decent. My opinion, a room maintenence schedule, and room cleaning checklist would give this place another star. That and a welcoming, professional desk staff that are glad your there."

"The hotel stay portion of our visit was great. The wedding that we attended could have been better. Banquet staff did not have the bar stocked for a start time and had difficulty getting a simple draft beer system set up. They seemed uncomfortable working a cashless system. Tables were bussed from dinner but filled with dessert dishes and drink cups and bottles all night. Guests cleared tables to make room for drinks and conversation."
