Absolutely loved this gem of a hotel - a great neighbourhood, lovely staff, clean and practical rooms, it was so wonderful to have a pool on site too. Brilliant location away from the hustle and bustle but walkable to all sights. I cannot recommend it enough and would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment, clean modern and good amenities. Across the road from the beach, could not be closer and a 10 min walk to the train station.

Super staff, perfect location, very good all round

Excellent location, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Reception and restaurant staff extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous place to stay when in Rome!

I almost don’t want to write this review as I want to keep this place secret and keep it to ourselves! This place is just an absolute dream - an oasis of calm with the most wonderful staff, location, pool and grounds. We stayed as a family with two children and felt like we could explore central Rome and the sights then return to this lovely slice of Italy, as well as being just 15 mins from the beach too. The grounds are so incredible and given the place is so small, we rarely shared the pool...

Marco and Pia are caring and gracious hosts. It is an easy walk from the train station (although Google Maps sent me the wrong way)! Breakfast was a feast, including homemade Coconut Yogurt.

This is a beautiful and tranquil place. The views anre stunning. Owners were helpful kind and accommodating. We stayed overnight in a quadruple room before a cruise, which actually was two bedrooms in one room number, great with teenagers and good value. The only negative for us was that the accommodation is isolated and is only accessible by car, were we had traveled by train. However once we were at the property the owners offered us very reasonable transportation at low taxi type rates (40...

Wonderful retreat from airport - comfort and quality

The photo is inaccurate. The host was amazing Even offered to wait for us arriving much later than check in period.

Amazing place to stay with friend.

We used it for 1 night stay before our flight back. The 1 bedroom apartement was very convenient for a family of 4 having good size and full kitchen. There is a big supermarket 1 minute drive and some restaurants nearby. Parking is free and easy. The front desk girl was very helpfull and attentive. It took us 40 minutes to the airport in the morning. Overall we found it as a very good option for short stay before flying from Rome Fiumicino Airport.

Breakfast was great, service was friendly and attentive, very good food in the restaurant, excellent transfer service in an otherwise difficult to access location without a car.

I cannot praise this hotel and its lovely staff highly enough. It was a last minute booking to an area we are unfamiliar with, and this hotel was everything we could have asked for and more. Particularly special shout out to Michele and Stefano for looking after two non-Italian speaking girls and giving us tips and advice we literally couldn’t have done without. They both went above and beyond and made our holiday even more special.

Property was absolutely perfect and so so beautiful. It was a converted convent which my history loving boyfriend absolutely adored! Every little thing that you could need was thought of, there was so many quiet places to sit and read a book and we enjoyed walking around and exploring the local town and meeting the local cats! Marta was a wonderful host and even helped us to arrange a taxi the next morning to take us to the port for our cruise. Absolutely wonderful find and I’m so pleased we...
