Property fully remote access. No one was there. Difficult to manage in the start but later find, good experience. Great Choice!

A warm welcome from Georgio, who collected our cases from us on the ground floor. A beautiful old building, with so much charm and character, which has been sympathetically modernised internally, Our room was spacious for a family of three, and airy, with good ac and a fridge (with water available to purchase if required). Georgio gave personalised service, and took the time to explain the sights of the city, and gave a list of various restaurants (from casual to chic dining) and offered...

Lovely apartment, clean modern and good amenities. Across the road from the beach, could not be closer and a 10 min walk to the train station.

The couple who run the hotel, who I believe are also the owners, are very nice and welcoming.

Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was lovely and we met some of the other guests at breakfast who were also on our cruise.Loris organised a car to take us to the port in the morning and waited with us till it...

This guest house is definitely one we would recommend. The owner, Francesco, made us feel very welcome and gave us a small gift upon arrival. We were shown the room which was spotless and told about the breakfast arrangements. There were drinks in the fridge which were included as well as water. A basket of biscuits and pastries, yoghurts, juice and tea and coffee made for a satisfactory breakfast. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and in doing so Francesco gave us a token to have a...

Perfect location, warmly recommended

So convenient and ideal for train station and cruise terminal. Quiet room great for a good nights sleep. Stunning views from lounge

Fantastic hotel in great central location to explore Rome. V quiet location just off a Main Street. The service even before we arrived was fantastic Providing us with top tips on where to eat and details about the hotel. Great breakfast with wide choice and enough to your room everyday. The drinks and snacks from 6.39-8pm was an added bonus. Overall, I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Rome.

Lovely little hotel close to Rome airport. Room perfect and breakfast delightful. The lady at Reception welcomed us with a lovely smile.

We

Fantastic stay . Thank you

I almost don’t want to write this review as I want to keep this place secret and keep it to ourselves! This place is just an absolute dream - an oasis of calm with the most wonderful staff, location, pool and grounds. We stayed as a family with two children and felt like we could explore central Rome and the sights then return to this lovely slice of Italy, as well as being just 15 mins from the beach too. The grounds are so incredible and given the place is so small, we rarely shared the pool...

No restaurant is on site and no kitchen facilities available which makes life a little challenging. Business room with sea view was amazing on the terrace but the staircase is not ideal when you go in the bedroom door.
