"The apartment is very nice, quiet, close to the sea, with nice comfortable bed(s) and two conditioners that are really effective against the hot Italian weather. There were a bunch of things that the owner could have done better: first of all the owner is not a person but a company. That is OK if communication is prompt but we had unfortunately very slow response time (in days) when asking about the broken bidet (which is not a big problem abut remained broken for the whole stay). "It was great the hotel was only a seven minute drive to the airport. Price was reasonable for our stay and they had a free breakfast. We were staying at the hotel as our flight was leaving the next day. It is so close to the train station if you want to see catch the train to Rome. It has some parking on site but they offer complimentary parking at a parking garage close by."
